All About HUB

We created HUB in response to seeing a rising interest in alternative-education since Covid. With an increasing number of children being taken out of schools, our aim is to provide a supportive ‘HUB’ to supplement children’s learning that’s already going on in the community.

Our aim is not to advocate for alternative-education over mainstream education, but simply to support children and families who are doing things a little differently. It’s not about the location of where the learning is happening, it’s about the quality. Therefor, we’ve launched HUB to provide rich learning opportunities in the community.

Hosted by two primary educators, HUB is a fun, explorative and holistic learning club for primary-aged children. Think of it as your weekly dose of educational play.

Across the 5 weeks we will cover multiple subject areas, guided by the national-curriculum, through carefully designed cross-curricular projects.

All projects are scaffolded appropriately for age-ranges and abilities.

Multiple choice activities, related to the key theme, will be on offer during sessions.

Meet The Facilitators
